Chocolate isn’t just dessert

Gervasi Vineyard closes out its Celebrate Chocolate weekend with a brunch from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., offering such delicacies as bittersweet chocolate pancakes and orange French toast with chocolate sauce. Tickets: $19.95, $10.95 for kids. ­www.­gervasivineyard.com.

Come ‘Dance With Me’

Summit Choral Society presents Dance With Me, melding choral music and ballroom dancing, at Tangier Ballroom. After the concert, guests will enjoy appetizers and a cash bar, a free ballroom dance class and a social dance hour. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. and the event will be at 3 p.m. at 532 W. Three Stooges Film Festival

A somewhat less refined entertainment option is the Three Stooges Film Festival at 2 p.m. at the Akron Civic Theatre, featuring three short films: Men in Black (1934), Hoi Polloi (1935) and Movie Maniacs (1936). Bill Schilling and the Smalls
