The NFL preseason schedule was announced on Thursday and the first opponent for the Cleveland Browns is the Green Bay Packers.
The official date for the road game at Lambeau Field hasn't been announced but according to the NFL, it will take place sometime between Aug. 11 and Aug. 15. In Week 2 of the preseason, the Browns will host the Atlanta Falcons sometime between Aug. 18 and Aug. 22.
The following week on Aug. 26, the Browns will play a primetime game on national television at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The game will be on CBS. This is the third straight year the Browns have had a preseason game on national television.
Cleveland's preseason schedule closes at home against the Chicago Bears on either Sept. 1 or Sept. 2.

Week 1 (Aug. 11-15): at Green Bay Packers
Week 2 (Aug. 18-22): vs. Atlanta Falcons
Week 3 (Aug. 26): at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Week 4 (Sept. 1-2): vs. Chicago Bears
Last season the Browns were 1-3 on the preseason before going 3-13 in the regular season.
This year's Hall of Fame game in Canton will start the NFL's preseason schedule on Aug. 7. WIth Brett Favre being the headline inductee this year, the game features the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts.
