AKRON: A tip from the public led to the arrest of wanted fugitive Finess Terry on Thursday.
Terry was charged with felonious assault and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure. The 25-year-old man is accused of involvement in a gunfight on March 24 in the 300 block of Chittenden Street in Akron that injured a 62-year-old man who was in his home nearby.
The U.S. Marshals Service offered a reward for information leading to Terry’s arrest. He was caught on Thursday afternoon in the 1300 block of Triplett Boulevard.
